These terms govern services provided by Kayn Marketing ("Kayn", "we", "us"), based in Guwahati, Assam, India. By buying a pack or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide short-form video editing, AI UGC video production and AI ad creative as described on our website. Pack sizes, prices and inclusions are listed on our pricing page.
3. Packs and validity
Each pack covers the stated number of edits, each up to 90 seconds. Packs are valid for 60 days from the date of payment, and any unused edits expire after that. There is no limit on how many requests you can have in progress at once.
4. Payment
All prices are in USD, We accept bank transfer, UPI, Wise and Stripe. Packs are paid 100% upfront before work begins. Premium projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% on completion.
5. Late payment
If a payment is overdue by more than 7 days, we pause all work on your account until it is settled.
6. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable once made. The only exception: if Kayn is unable to deliver the work you have paid for, we will refund the amount for the work we could not deliver.
7. Revisions and delivery
Each edit includes 2 rounds of changes. Additional rounds are charged extra, and we will confirm the cost before starting. Delivery times start once we have your footage and a complete brief.
8. Your content
You confirm you own or have permission to use all footage, music, logos and materials you send us. You keep ownership of your content and the final edits once paid for in full.
9. File storage
We keep your raw footage and final files for 30 days after delivery, after which they may be deleted. Please download and back up everything you need within that time.
10. Portfolio use
We may show the videos we create for you in our portfolio, on our website and on social media. If you would rather we didn't, just let us know and we won't.
11. AI UGC and AI ads
You are responsible for how you use the AI UGC videos and AI ad creative we produce for you, including making sure they follow the policies of the platforms you run them on and the laws where you advertise.
12. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected pack or project.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
